What you can do with pulpClient
- Import without tedious mapping. vCard, CSV from Gmail, Outlook (English or French), HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive: columns are recognized by their title, then by their content.
- Never import twice. Importing the same file again creates nothing; records already imported are offered as updates, with the differences.
- Log in one sentence. “Call Paul Durand tomorrow 10am”: the type, contact and date are recognized, in French, English and Spanish.
- Fill a record from an email signature or a photo of a business card, read on the device.
- Track your deals. A board by stage where you drag cards, a weighted forecast for the month and quarter, and the opportunities to follow up on the home screen.
- Merge duplicates, choosing the record to keep, without losing anything.
- Respect GDPR. Legal basis and marketing consent on every record, a printable access sheet, two-step erasure of a person.
- Find by asking. “Construction clients in Brittany we haven’t followed up”: optional smart search understands everyday sentences.
- Link a record to other applications: pulpArchive documents, pulpForge tickets.
Who is it for?
For a freelancer, a small business or an association that wants a clean customer file with no subscription or server: who to follow up today, what the quarter is worth, and where each contact came from.
Your files
pulpClient reads vCard (2.1, 3.0, 4.0) and CSV files from the main tools, and writes vCard, CSV (English headers or in your language) and a full .pclient backup. Sending emails, campaigns, quotes and invoices are not part of it.
FAQ
Is pulpClient an alternative to HubSpot or Pipedrive?
For keeping contacts and tracking deals, largely yes, with no subscription or server. It does not send campaigns or invoice, and sharing with a team goes through a synced folder, a phone or a guest; real-time editing and per-person permissions will come later with the pulpSuite server.
Do my contacts leave my device?
No. Records, the text read on business cards and the smart-search index stay on the device.
Can I bring my contacts from my old tool?
Yes: export them as CSV or vCard from the old tool and drop the file into pulpClient.
What if I no longer want someone in my file?
The record’s menu offers erasure (right to erasure): personal data is emptied and related activities are anonymized.
