All your work in one place
pulpSuite brings the office apps together in a single window:
- pulpDoc for documents, layouts and publications.
- pulpSheet for spreadsheets, formulas and analysis.
- pulpSlide for animated presentations.
- pulpPlan for projects, schedules and team dashboards.
- pulpInbox for mail, calendar and contacts.
- pulpNote for case notes, links and a credential vault.
- pulpCrew for peer-to-peer video meetings, chat and file sharing.
- pulpAssist, an assistant that works across every app, always after you confirm.
The apps share the same language, the same File menu, the same work folder and a common panel of open documents. You move from one to another without reloading anything.
Your Office files, as they are
Open a .docx, .xlsx or .pptx file, an OpenDocument file or a CSV: drop it anywhere on the home page and it opens in the right app. Once pulpSuite is installed from Chrome or Edge, your files also open with a double-click from File Explorer.
pulpSuite reads these formats directly, without converting them first or sending them to a server. A file made with other software may still look different from the original: each help page details the formats and their known limitations.
Your data stays with you
Your documents stay in your browser or in your files on disk. AI features such as image cut-outs or local dictation run on your device, after a download you approve. Only the services you set up send data elsewhere: your mail, the assistant, meetings. See the Privacy page.
More than an office
Beyond the Office space, pulpSuite offers other families of tools:
- Artistic: AI-assisted image editing, motion design and 3D.
- Hardware Factory: circuit boards, enclosures, robots, board programming and a building model.
- Home Board: running the household: papers, reminders, calendar and budget.
- Software Factory: tools for writing code and working with AI agents.
Frequently asked questions
Is pulpSuite an alternative to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
pulpSuite covers the same core uses: documents, spreadsheets, presentations, mail, calendar and meetings, and it opens those suites' files. It doesn't reproduce every one of their features, and several people can't yet edit the same document together in real time. Try it with your own files and keep the originals until you have checked the result.
Do I need to install anything?
No: pulpSuite runs in the browser with nothing to install. From Chrome or Edge, you can also install it as an app to get its own window and open files with a double-click. See Install pulpSuite.
Does pulpSuite work offline?
Yes, once loaded: the apps that work on your device stay usable without a network. Mail, meetings and the assistant need a connection.
Which browser should I use?
Chrome or Edge on a computer give you the most: saving straight to your files, installing the app, connecting to circuit boards. Firefox and Safari open the suite in a tab; Open and Save then go through the file picker and your downloads.
Do I need to create an account?
No. pulpSuite doesn't ask for an account. Only the services you connect, such as your mail, ask you to sign in with their provider.
